The Aloha Kids’ Art Franchisee is one who undertakes, upon payment of a Franchise Fee, the imparting of the content of the Aloha Kids’ Art program children, through his/her Aloha Kids’ Art Center(s). In addition to propagation of the product, the Aloha Kids’ Art Franchisee has to ensure the rapid spread of the Aloha Kids’ Art Name as a Brand, at the same time protecting its reputation and goodwill.

Basic Requirements

	An interest in being an entrepreneur and have a positive attitude to work while maintaining quality. Professional ethics are of paramount importance
	A keen interest in developing education services for children in your community, state and the country
	A genuine commitment to strive for growth and expansion that will translate into profits for yourself
	The aptitude to head your enterprise and manage the Aloha Kids’ Art Center
	The ability to devote your time and make Aloha Kids’ Art your main activity
	A keenness for working with children
	Reasonable financial resources

	Approvals / Licenses To have submitted or obtained the following approvals / licenses / permits:
		Business License from relevant Local Council
		Registration of Business (if Applicable)
		Signage (Advertisement) permit / license from the local corporation
		Insurance - Public Liability / Fire
	Training / Staff Details of number of staff employed / their bio-data / address proof – all details filled in soft copy on a CD
	Premises
		Reception
		Number of Classrooms
		Good Flooring
		Open Exterior / Play area
		Suitable Entrance
	All the above should be to the satisfaction of Aloha Kids' Art.
		Renovation to be done in accordance with the approved plan.
		Number of tables and chairs
		To have a pantry, reception and computer
		To have installed advertisement signboard at the entrance of the premises
	Financial details to be provided
		Bank statement for the last three (3) months -personal or company account
		Name of bank, branch and account number
