In an attempt to develop a noble system, OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, a leading training company in Asia on Leadership and Life Skills for children has joined hands with Aloha India, a pioneer in the field of Abacus education and many other holistic development programs, to empower the Indian school children to achieve excellence in all spheres of their lives and making them true heroes of tomorrow.

To mark the launch of the association, OnlySuccess and Aloha India organized a seminar on "Leadership and Life Skills for School Children" at The Accord Metropolitan on 3rd December 2009.

Mr Kumaran K, Chairman & Managing Director, Aloha India addressed the gathering. The seminar had prominent speakers like Dr. Mrs. Y. G. Parthasarathy, Dean & Director, PSBB Group of Schools,Chennai delivered a speech on Importance of Life and Leadership Skills for Children. The Chief Guest Mr. K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Group & Randstad India, spoke on, How Children should be equipped to face the world today in these climatic changes. Dr. P. A. Ramiah, I.A.S, Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board, Govt of Tamil Nadu, insisted the gathering on Leadership Training and Success in Children's life. Finally Mr. G. Vidyashankar, Founder and CEO, OnlySuccess Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd concluded the seminar by defining the Role of OnlySuccess in nurturing the leadership skills among children respectively.

Many principals from various schools all across Chennai attended this comprehensive seminar, which focused on increasing leadership qualities among children and looking beyond their school years, to help them become better leaders.
