The Challenge
Learning is the most
useful skill we learn in our lifetime
Millions of children are not comfortable
when it comes to Learning. Learning places
high demands on a set of complex, interrelated
cognitive skills, all functioning in unison.
Current Learning programs and Learning strategies
do not directly address building the cognitive
skills necessary to Learn effectively.
Literacy is a national
priority.
Through the No Child Left Behind Act, over
3 million educators and 52 million students
are affected by a sweeping reform of federal
legislation designed to close the achievement
gap between disadvantaged and minority students
and their peers. The emphasis is on systems
and methods that have been proven to work.
The Fast ForWord® family of Learning
Intervention programs is a series of computer-delivered
Learning module that incorporates learning
from more than 30 years of brain, Learning,
and language research in order to help children,
adolescents, and adults build the cognitive
skills needed to learn to Learn. The efficacy
of our programs have been established through
extensive outcomes of research by independent
researchers and scientists.
